What Is BioThane?

BioThane® is the brand name of all coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. It is a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, easy to clean and weldable.

When Will My Order Ship?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After your order has been processed it will then be shipped with tracking.

Will I Receive Tracking With My Order?

Yes! Once we have printed the label for your order, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Do You Ship Orders Internationally?

We currently DO NOT ship internationally at this time.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Yes, if you need to change your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. We must have your updated shipping address before your order is shipped. Once your order has shipped we can no longer make changes to your shipping address.

Do You Offer Returns/Refunds/ or Cancelations?

Returns, refunds, and cancelations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund/returned is accepted a 20% restocking fee will applied. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
